Wedding Day Coordination

 

This service is for couples who already booked their vendors and details are already planned in advance  and  are already finalized.  But still in need of a professional wedding day coordinator to ensure that every small detail is taken care of for a seamless and smooth wedding day.

 

This service include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • meet with Bride and Groom and all vendors at least 3-6 weeks prior to make and coordinate  schedule of events and  wedding day arrangements

 

  • assist in all aspects of wedding rehearsal

  • organizing the processional and recessional; ensuring everyone in the wedding party understands their responsibilities and the flow of the ceremony

 

  • gathering and reviewing all vendor contracts; assuming responsibility for all vendor contracts for at least 2 weeks leading up to wedding day; ensuring they are all doing their job according to contracts

 

  • meet with bride to review last-minute directions, questions and concerns.

 

  • oversee all details before, during and after the reception including vendors' arrivals and delivery of goods and services

 

  • unlimited email and phone contact
 

 

Partial Planning

 

Our partial service is  designed for couples who either  already made preliminary plans and in need of expert assistance in planning their dream wedding.   

 

This service include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

 

  • a personal consultation with the Bride and  Groom and all vendors at least 8-10 weeks  prior to the 
    wedding day

 

  • creating a detailed Budget Spreadsheet

 

  • creating a detailed Planning Timeline

 

  • designing floor plan layouts

 

  • creating a detailed time-line of entire wedding day schedule

 

  • assist in creating the overall look and feel of the wedding

 

  • vendor Referrals 
  • rehearsal Coordination

 

  • wedding Day Coordination

 

  • provide assistant coordinator(s) as necessary

 

  • supply two-way radios for Wedding Coordination crew

 

  • distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple

 

  • unlimited email and phone contact

 

 

Full Planning

 

This is a full-service consultation and coordination of the entire wedding production.

 

 

This service include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • create a budget according to the vision 
  • create a planning timeline
  • plan with the couple on the design, motif, theme of the wedding and execute the final plans and production 

            
  • help in selecting a venue; site inspections 
  • research different vendors based on your budget and taste; recommend excellent vendors 
  • schedule and attend vendor interviews with you 
  • design floor plan layout of ceremony and reception according to the set vision and budget  
  • create and organize a  detailed time-line schedule of  wedding rehearsal, ceremony,  reception programs
  • maintaining contact and answering questions via email and telephone 
  • Wedding Day Coordination (see wedding day coordination service)
  • be the main contact for the wedding party, family members, and all vendors
  • provide a wedding coordinator (s) to assist wedding planner; number of coordinators depend on the size of the wedding.  Supply two-way radios for wedding coordination crew
  • distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
  • unlimited email and phone contact
